Nature's Sweet Simplicity Hemp Dress

I just adore this dress! The base is a medium weight hemp/tencel blend that I dyed chocolate brown. Hemp/tencel is an amazing blend with a beautiful drape, perfect for skirts and dresses. You're sure to love the way this dress feels on! I added a swirling leafy vine applique up the front side- the leaves are another hemp/tencel blend that I hand dyed a sage green color. I added a super cute gathered pocket on the other side of the dress, I love this detail! It is nice and roomy to hold your goodies. The back of the dress is lace up with an elastic at the upper waist for an adjustable fit. The dress is an empire waist style, fitted at the bust then flowing out over the hips, nice and full along the hemline. It is a perfect summer length, falling just below the knees. Or pair it with a petticoat for the cooler months! The bodice is lined and darted for a feminine fit. This dress will best fit a size Medium to Extra Large, but please check the measurements below.

Dragonfly Dreams Dress

I love the color combination in this dress! For the base I used a dark olive green cotton calico. I added a patchwork trim under the bustline, made up of four of my favorite purple cotton calicoes from over the years. I appliqued three dragonflies buzzing around the front and side of the dress, done in two of the purple fabrics. On the other side of the dress I added a pocket out of the olive green fabric, which closes with a little snap button. Perfect for carrying the essentials! The back is lace up with an elastic at the upper waist for an adjustable fit. The bodice is line and darted for a feminine fit. The dress is an empire waist style, fitted at the bust then flowing out over the hips, nice and full along the hemline. It is a perfect summer length, falling about mid shin. Tidepool Dragonfly Hemp Dress

I love the cool colors in this dress and the knee length, perfect for the summertime! For the bodice I used a beautiful cotton calico that has teals, lilacs, and creams in a "paintsplash" pattern. For the strip under the bust and the bottom ruffle I used an earthy teal with a medallion print. The skirt portion of the dress is made of a super flowy hemp tencel blend that I hand-dyed a mix between sage and teal.... this fabric is gorgeous! I added a flying dragonfly on the front side and a pocket on the right side for your goodies. The bodice is fully lined and is darted for a feminine fit. The spaghetti straps cross in the back and go through two sets of loops, tying in the center back. The empire waist has an elastic in the back for adjustability. The dress is about knee length, falling just below the knee, perfect for keeping cool in the summer or layer over a petticoat for the cooler days! Lotus Mandala Swirled Tier Dress

I LOVE the fabrics in this gorgeous tiered dress! The dress is made up of a swirly cotton calico in beautiful shades of purples and blues and the bodice and trims are made up of a soft purple cotton calico. The bodice is fully lined and is darted for a more feminine fit. The straps are made from the purple and crossover in the back, go through two loops on the back bodice, then tie in the center back. The bust/empire waist is also adjustable with a hidden drawstring. On the bodice I appliqued a gorgeous lotus mandala from different purples and blue fabrics. The skirt part of the dress is made from three tiers. I added the purple trim to the bottom of the top and middle trims, below which I gathered the next tier for a super fem look! This tiered dress can fit from about an XS to XL, but please check the measurements below.

Fallen Tree of Heaven Dress

I was inspired to make this dress last week at work- the lot we were working on was covered with leaves of the tree of heaven. The leaves looked so cool scattered all over the place, I just had to do an applique of them! I used three cotton calicos in earthy fall colors. The bodice is made from a floral print in rusts, greens, and burgandy. It is darted for a feminine fit and is fully line. The trim under the bodice and the ruffle are made from an olive fabric. The straps are also made from this- they cross in the back and lace through two sets of loops. I added an elastic in the back under the bustline for an adjustable fit. The skirt portion of this dress is made from a gorgeous fabric in rust- this fabric has a beatiful flow and is super soft, love it! I appliqued a bunch of tree of heaven leaves in the olive fabric, scattered down the side of the dress- these took along time adding in the vein details, but I love how it came out! On the other side I added a pocket to stash your goodies. This dress is adjustable and will best fit a size Medium to a smaller Extra Large, but please check the measurements below. I will hem it to the buyer's length.
