Hemp Jersey Skirt

Ooooo this beauty is super comfy! Sure to be one of those skirts that you can live in! This 3/4 length skirt is made up of a midweight hemp jersey that I dyed an olive green color. The jersey has a bit of stretch in it, making this skirt very comfortable and easy to move around it. I appliqued a swallow swooping down over a moon. The swallow is an off white hemp/tencel blend and the moon is a sage hemp/tencel. The skirt is a very flattering cut, designed to be fitted through the hips and flare out towards the bottom. The wide waistband is designed to sit about mid hip (although you can wear it higher if you prefer) with a drawstring waistband made out of the jersey for comfort. The bottom has a raw edge hem. A perfect skirt for year round, pair it with some boots for cooler weather, and some sandals for the warmer weather. Also a go anywhere skirt, from kickin around the house to a strappy tank and sandals for a day out. It is designed to fit a size Small, but can also fit a size Extra SMall for a looser fit.

Custom Petticoat Skirt

Petticoat skirts are super versatile and a must have in every gal's closet! They are perfect in the cool months for layering under your favorite skirts and dresses for extra warmth. In the warm months wear them alone with your favorite tops for a keep cool sweet look. You have the choice of white bleached muslin or natural unbleached muslin. Muslin gets super soft with each washing. The waist can be drawstring, elastic, or drawstring with elastic. I can make the skirt with or without the ruffle. I will make the skirt to your waist and length measurements. After purchasing the skirt I will contact you letting you know the information I need to get sewing on your custom made petticoat. Typically I will ship your skirt out within one week of getting the measurement information from you. Purchase a custom petticoat along with another clothing item and get a super sweet deal!

Breath of Spring Hemp Tiered Skirt

I love purples and greens together! This one reminds me that spring is just around the corner! Done is my favorite tiered skirt style, I used a combination of hemp and cotton calicos. The top and bottom tier are a lightweight hemp/tencel that I dyed royal purple. This fabric is light and airy, it will be *perfect* for the warm weather! And even better is that it is eco-friendly and grows softer with wear! The middle tier is an olive green printed cotton calico that is really soft. The top and middle tiers are trimmed at the bottom with a spiraly earthy combo of blues, greens, and purples, below which I gathered the next tier for a super feminine flowy look.... these skirts look great on all body types! All along the top tier I appliqued a vine with leaves. I added a dragonfly amongst the leaves on the front. The waist adjusts with a drawstring in the back, done in the olive green. This skirt would actually look cute wearing it reversed too, so the drawstring is in the front and the dragonfly scene in the back. I will hem the skirt to the buyer's length.

Elephant & OM Earthen Tiered Skirt

Oooooo here's another of my favorite tiered skirts, done up in earthy shades of greens and rusts. I just love how this skirt came out! The top two tiers are done in cotton calicos in green and a orangish rust. There is a cotton calico trim at the bottom of the top and middle tiers, where I gathered the tier below for a beautiful ultra fem look! The bottom tier is made from a light weight gauzy cotton fabric, perfect for the hot summer! On the front of the top tier I did a beautiful applique of an OM surrounded by an elephant on each side. The colors and applique work gives an indian look to the skirt :) The waist adjusts with a drawstring made from the green fabric used in the middle tier, and ties in the back. I will hem the skirt to the buyer's length.

Earthen Vine Hemp Wrap Skirt

Oh I just *LOVE* this skirt soooooo much!! Here's another one of my eco friendly hand dyed hemp creations, lovely as can be :) The base of the skirt is made from a hemp/tencel blend that I hand dyed avocado. For anyone who has not had the pleasure of wearing hempcel, it is an amazing hemp blend that has a beautiful drape and super soft feel, wearing in over time instead of wearing out. The drape of this fabric is so perfect for wrap skirts, hehe, almost makes me never want to make another wrap skirt out of any other fabric but hempcel! I love this color too, matches the grass in my backyard perfectly.... perfect for spring and summer :) I appliqed a huge leafy vine going down the side, made of a dark chocolate brown calico fabric. On the other side of the skirt I added a pocket that closes with a cute leaf button carved out of coconut. Wrap skirts are very flattering to wear, no bunchiness in the waist! This skirt is nice and spinny and falls about mid calf. The ties wrap around and go through two buttonholes for a nice secure fit, then tie in the back.

Beauty of a Peacock Wrap Skirt

A beautiful abstract peacock, lovely as can be! This wrap skirt is made up an amazing, eco-friendly hemp/silk blend that I've dyed a rich dark brown. This hemp/silk blend drapes beautifully- and it is not a shiny silk like most are accustomed to, more like a raw silk, reminds me a bit of linen. The peacock I appliqued is made up of various hemp fabrics that I've dyed over the years. This applique is stunning and is sure to turn some heads! Wrap skirts are great because there is no bulk at the waist, creating a flattering look. There is a buttonhole and loops for the ties to go through, keeping the skirt nicely in its place. This skirt will best fit a Extra Small to Large, however it can be worn over an underskirt for sizes larger than a Large- please refer to the measurements below.
