This dress is made of two cotton calico fabrics in earthen shades of brown and golden orange. The colors remind me of the golden glow of late summer. I added one of my favorite William Morris inspired leaf appliques floating down the front side. It is the perfect year round length, tee length- pair it with some tall boots and tights in or a petticoat in the cool weather or some sandals in the warm weather. The bodice is fully lined and has princess seams for a feminine fit. The spaghetti straps cross in the back and go through two sets of loops, tying in the center back. Bloom to the Sky

This dress is made from a luxurious and flowing hemp/tencel blend in a hand dyed teal. This is a lightweight hempcel, very light and airy, perfect for the warm weather. Hempcel is my favorite hemp blend fabric to make dresses and skirts from, it drapes beautifully. The bodice had elastic shirring throughout, making this dress easy to wear and very comfortable. Halter straps make it easy to move about the day, but are easily tucked inside the dress for a strapless look. The cut is a gentle A-line. I appliqued a flower and vines out of hand dyed hemps and bamboo going across the entire front bottom of the dress. I love the color combination on this dress! The dress will best fit a size Medium to Extra Large, but please check the measurements below. I will hem to the buyer's length.

Balancing Vines

I love how the muted earthiness of the applique contrasts with the bright base of this top- a perfect balance! I used a hand dyed fuschia hemp/cotton jersey- soft with a little bit of stretch, super comfy! The bodice has elastic shirring throughout, adding to the comfort and ease of wearing of this top. The top is designed to fall between the mid to upper hip. Raw edged halter straps make it easy to move about the day, but are easily tucked inside the dress for a strapless look. I left the top and bottom of the shirt raw edged for alittle bit of sass- the jersey won't fray. Along the bottom front I appliqued vines from a hand dyed olive hemp/cotton jersey. This top will best fit a size Extra Small to Medium, but please check the measurements below.

The Bejeweled Lotus

This cotton wrap skirt is the perfect summer skirt- light, flowy, and easy to move in. It is done up in a designer Kaffe Fassett lotus leaf print in jewel tones- gorgeous and bold! The inner tie goes through a buttonhole to help keep the ties in place- you can either tie the ties in the back or off the the front side. The skirt falls just below the knee. It has a nice big spin making it easy to move around in. The skirt will best fit a size small to large, but will also fit an extra small if you don't use the buttonhole for the ties. It also makes for a nice materity skirt, as shown in the pictures on me, as it can easily grow with your baby belly.

Simply Chartruese

I let the colors of the fabric do all the speaking in this simple beauty of a dress. I appliqued a big sun/flower out of powder blue thinwhale corduroy and added a GD lightning zapping down the center. The combination of all the blue fabrics is beautiful! *LOVE* this skirt! A classic A-line cut with a gentle bell at the bottom, done up in black cherry hand dyed hemp/organic cotton twill. This fabric has a denim weight and such a lovely drape. Very flattering. The front of the waist lies flat and the back cinches to fit with a bustle drawstring. A beautiful floral applique graces the front of the skirt, with the detailed leaves and flower bud done in hemps. I will hem to the buyer's length. Depending on how much bustling you like in the back, this skirt will fit from a size small to large, with maximum bustling at a size small and minimal bustling at a size large. Spring in the Eve

This hooded top was inspired by the bright colors of early spring against the still barren landscape- those first blooms of daffodils and crocuses here in the northeast. Done up in eggplant hand dyed hemp/organic cotton fleece (sweatshirt like material) for beautiful comfort. Elbow length sleeves make it perfect for year round wear. A cozy hood is trimmed with olive hemp jersey and golden wheat soy microterry. The springtime inspired applique is done up with the olive hemp and golden wheat soy as well. Designed to be fitted throughout with a flattering mid hip length. The bottom hem is raw edged for a little sass. This top will best fit a size Large, but will also nicely fit a size Medium for a semi-fitted look.

Sweeping Leaves Hemp Swing Cardigan

I love this new design, perfect for the changing of the seasons! This cardigan is made from an eco-friendly hemp blend jersey that I hand dyed plum blossom. Hemp jersey is very comfy and has a bit of stretch to it, making it perfect from every day wear to yoga! The fit is swing style- fitted through the chest and flare out with a nice swing at the hip. The sleeves are elbow length for versatile all year wear. I trimmed the wide neckline and the end of the sleeves in a hemp blend jersey I dyed royal purple. I added my favorite sweeping leaves in the same purple, sweeping down the front chest and down the side of one of the sleeves. The cardigan closes at the front with two unique buttons toggle style- I love this detail! This cardigan will best fit a size Medium.

Butterflies in the Wheat

A spin on my favorite hooded top design- short sleeves trimmed in espresso for those warmer days.... Carry it into the cooler days with a little layering. Morris Girl

*Love* this dress! Done up in a hand dyed light rust hemp organic cotton fleece (sweatshirt-like fabric), this dress is super cozy. The highlight is the beautiful William Morris inspired floral applique in olive and antique purple hemps. This applique is definitely in my top favorite appliques I've done. The style of the dress is a semi-fitted tunic style- slightly fitted through the bust and relaxed over the hips, with just enough curves to keep it feminine and flattering. It has a notched V neckline and 3/4 length sleeves that are trimmed with a flirty ruffled peak of an olive green hemp. Falls just above the knee on an average height. Bottom of sleeves and bottom of the dress are left raw for an organic look. Wear it alone or pair it over some jeans. The dress will best fit a size Large, but will also fit a size Medium as a slightly more relaxed tunic look.

Climbing Vine Hemp Fitted Skirt

I just love everything about this skirt! It is done up in one of my current favorite color combos- the base of the skirt is a midweight hemp/organic cotton twill that I dyed a light rust. The leaves on the climbing vine applique are made from a hemp/silk blend that I dyed up a rich dark brown. The fit of this skirt is 3/4 length A-line- fitted through the waist and hips with a gentle flare at the bottom hem. It is the perfect length for year round wear- pair it with a tank and sandals in the warm months and pair it with a pair of trendy tall boots to bring it through the cooler months. The skirt has a hidden zipper and coconut leaf shaped button closure for the most flattering fit. It will best fit a misses size Large (size 10 to 12) but please check the measurements below.
